Sign-Up Policy
The conditions you accept when you create an AnyMenu business account.
1. Who can create an account
An AnyMenu account is intended for businesses and their authorised staff. By signing up you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that you are authorised to represent and bind the business you register.
One business is managed per account. Additional staff must be added through team invitations rather than by sharing login credentials.
2. Accurate registration details
You must provide a real name, a working email address you control, and truthful business information. Registration using someone else's identity, a disposable email, or misleading business details is not permitted.
Your email address is used for verification, two-factor codes, security alerts, and essential service notices. Keeping it current is your responsibility.
3. Email verification and two-factor authentication
Every new account must complete email verification with a 6-digit code before it can be used. Sign-in additionally requires a one-time code, which cannot be disabled.
One-time codes are personal. Sharing them with anyone, including people claiming to be AnyMenu staff, is a breach of this policy.
4. Account security
Use a strong password of at least 8 characters that you do not reuse elsewhere. You are responsible for all activity performed under your account, including actions by employees, contractors, and invited users.
If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and contact us.
5. Content you upload
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of menu items, prices, taxes, service charges, availability, images, allergen and nutritional statements, and any other customer-facing information you publish.
You must hold the rights to any logo, photograph, or text you upload, and must not publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or offensive content.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security controls, perform unauthorised testing, scrape or overload the service, distribute malware, or use AnyMenu for unlawful activity.
Automated account creation, spam, and abuse of trial or free allowances are prohibited.
7. Data we collect at sign-up
Creating an account stores your name, email address, hashed password, verification records, session details, and security logs such as IP address and device information. This data is used to operate the service, authenticate you, and protect the platform against abuse.
Full details of how information is collected, used, shared, and retained are set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Communications
By creating an account you agree to receive transactional emails required to run the service, including verification codes, security notifications, billing notices, and important product changes. These cannot be opted out of while your account is active.
Optional marketing communications, if any, can be declined separately.
9. Service availability
AnyMenu may experience outages, maintenance windows, or disruptions caused by third-party providers. Keep alternative methods available for taking and processing orders where business continuity matters.
10. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended, limited, or terminated for security incidents, abuse, unpaid dues, legal requirements, or breaches of this policy or our Terms of Use. Urgent risk mitigation may be applied without prior notice.
You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect operational, legal, or security requirements. Continued use of your account after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Related documents
This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where a conflict arises, the Terms of Use prevail.
